Five random things

It´s Friday people!! I´ve been so busy this week, it´s crazy! I just finished with one group in my 30 day challenge and then started another one. So I had to make all new meal- and excersise plans for the lovely ladies, meet up with them for measurements and put toghether a closed facebook group for our interactions.

I have also been having a lot of new customers signing up for my online training, I think this is my best month since I started. I am so happy and thankful for that. I have been promoting my posts a little bit on the facebook page, and it is obviously working! I´ve been spending every night this week making meal- and excersise plans and sending them out. I always send the plans out 2-3 days after I get paid, because everybody is always so excited to get started once they´ve signed up!

As I told you before I am my own trainer from now on in this competition prep for my november show. I always thought I needed someone else to train me, to keep me accountable, to keep me motivated. But I guess not. I´ve been killing it this week!! Ate all my meals, drank all my shakes and all my water, did all my cardio, all my workouts and resisted everything that was not on my plans! If I keep going on like this, perhaps I will see my abs sometime soon! I´ve never really had visuable abs, so I really want to know what that feels like!! LOL!! Tomorrow is measurement day, so we´ll see if something happened J

This post was not supposed to be like this….I was just going to post photos of 5 random things on my mind (as the title tells). Well anyway, here they are:

I´m thinking about adding HIIT home workouts to my cardio :)

Sweaters with leggings is something I NEED for this upcoming winter. Like right now!

I am saving up for a vacation to NY next spring with my daughter! Think about it 24/7

Fall fashion

Believe it or not, fall is coming. August is coming to an end and September is just around the corner. It´s gonna get colder so we better dress the part! I love fall fashion. Big sweaters, scarfs, coats, boots and hats is something I am going to wear a lot of this fall. I went Pinterest "shopping" to find some cute fall looks for inspiration. I love all these looks! Wish I had them all....

So classy and elegent, love it :)

Friday wishlist

I love Fridays!!

The weekend is almost here and the atmosphere is somehow just so chill and lovely. This morning I woke up again at 06:30 and did 40 minutes of fasted cardio. It is such a good feeling afterwards, I just feel so accomplished and staisfied. Like I can really do this thing!!

This weekend is going to be a relaxing weekend for me. My daughter is on a camping trip with her father so I´m just home alone. I´m gonna workout (of course), paint my nails, wash my hair, give myself a beauty treatment (as in eyebrows and facial mask), watch girlie movies and have me some candy!!

I´m trying to not go shopping. These days there are so many things I want....but I am trying to safe up for a New York trip and therefore minimize all unnessacery shopping until then. It´s so hard!!! There are so many beautiful things I want. I will probably convince myself that they are nessacery one of these days....lol

This Nike vest is to die for!! The mint green one would look good on me in the gym, I just know it!!

Meal bag for work!! How awesome would this be for all my meals??

Kolaportið

Ég kíkti í Kolaportið um helgina og nældi mér í smávegis á slikk. Við mæðgur förum þangað reglulega að gramsa og förum sjaldan tómhentar út. 

 

Ég keypti skyrtuna, hálsmenið og töskuna á litlar 2500kr. Mjög sátt með þessi kaup 👍

Innblástur

Ég get alveg misst mig á Pintrest stundum, sérstaklega svona á föstudagskvöldum þegar Elín mín er ekki heima og ég hef ekkert að gera. Í kvöld var þannig kvöld. Ég málaði mig eins og ég væri að fara út á lífið, lakkaði á mér neglurnar með hvítu lakki og vafraði svo um á netinu/Pintrest að skoða fallegar myndir. Hérna er brotabrot af því sem ég sá fallegt:

Belti fyrir síma og lykil í ræktina, VERÐ að eignast svona! bara VERÐ

Flottur og sumarlegur vatnsmelónu safi í krukku 

Þessi blái litur er svo fallegur, veit einhver hvar ég finn svona bláan lit?

Ég ætla að seiva þessa mynd í símanum mínum og fara með hana á hárgreiðslustofu og fá mér þessa liti!

Finnst svo flottir svona hringir. Verst að þetta lúkkar ekki vel á dverga-bollu-puttunum mínum.....

Lindex og slip ons

Lindex er ein af mínum uppáhaldsbúðum á Íslandi. Ég læt ekki bjóða mér það að kaupa föt á okurverði, svo þegar ég versla innanlands þá versla ég í verslunum sem eru með verð sem eru fólki bjóðandi (Vero Moda, Zara, Vila og Lindex sem dæmi). Ég var að skoða facebook síðu Lindex í dag og sá svo ótal margt fallegt sem mig langar í.

 Mig langar svo líka í einhverja flotta slip on skó fyrir sumarið. Vitiði hvar ég fæ svoleiðis hérna heima?

Óskalistinn

Það er alveg stórhættulegt að læka flottar fataverslanir á facebook. Mig langar alltaf í svo mikið! Lindex og Vero Moda settu inn ný albúm með væntanlegum vörum og ég að sjálfsögðu fann alltof mikið sem mig langar í, en get ekki keypt. Ég læt migbara dreyma. Hérna er brotabrot af því sem mig langar í:
